or there is a new option
Meridian Management has an online payment system. Residents can create an account, check their balance, create work orders for issues in common areas, and pay HOA fees. Checking Account transactions are free. Credit card transactions would have a fee charged in addition to dues statement.
Please contact Meridian Management at firstname.lastname@example.org to get started.
For addresses currently on file with Meridian Management a link will be emailed asking you to set up portal if desired.
Please note: if you are currently on ACH payment and wish to go to online payment system and set up recurring payment, then you would need to indicate in email to cancel ACH otherwise double billing would occur.
Revised late fee policy
Monthly fees are due at the beginning of the month. A $10 late fee will be charged on the 11th of the month and a friendly reminder letter will be sent. If a balance continues to remain on the account, continued letters for payment will be mailed from Meridian Management. If balance continues to grow and hits $250, then a demand letter from attorney will be sent. Homeowner will be responsible for all attorney fees and collection costs once account is sent to attorney for collections.
