CCP Pool Passes

Pool passes are distributed by Meridian Management.  If you are new to the neighborhood or have lost your pool pass you can contact them through email for delivery of new card.  Replacement pool passes for those lost are $5.  If you have an old Honeywell or Proximity Pool pass, then it needs to be exchanged for a new card.  There is no charge for that, but you would need to turn in your old pass at the pool when your new pass arrives in order for no charge to be incurred.  Currently the pool monitor is watching the side gate to let those in with the old type pass that is not working.  On July 2, that practice will stop and all homeowners are expected to have a working card.
If you are delinquent in fees or not in good standing, pool cards will be disabled.  Meridian management will need to be contacted to make arrangement to be current.  They have remote access to update the cards.
